How To Pre-Order from us ?
1. There are several ways to enquire a pre-order items
- You can inquire item(s) through our CH-TOYNATION ENQUIRY CORNER chatbox located on the left side of the blog.
- Or add our MSN or Email at : ericlim1133@hotmail.com
2. If you see something you like on internet, websites or magazines. Then sent the detail s with links and pictures to our MSN or email and we will try to search the item(s) for you.
3. Once we have confirmation that your item is available for order. We will contact you either by SMS, MSN or Email. You can then go to Kiulap or Mall branch to pay a deposit or a full payment. We will notify you of the deposit fee.
4. Item less then $40.00 will be required to be paid in FULL AMOUNT.
5. Once we received your full payment or deposits, we will place your order with our supplier immediately.
6. Shipment arrival date will depend on how new or how old your item had been released in the market. New released item(s) will usually take less then 10 days to arrive. Older released item(s) will require at least 14 to 30 days to arrive as our supplier will need time to source the item(s).
7. When the item(s) has arrived in our shop we will contact you by SMS, MSN or Email.
Failing to Collect and Cancellation of Pre-ordered Items
1. Once pre-ordered item(s) had been ordered from our suppliers, upon cancellation, deposit fee or full payment will be forfeited to us. This is shop policy and it is Final.
2. Customer will need to pick up the goods within 10 days of the arrival date. Customer who failed to to pick up pre-order goods will be Blacklisted.
Discontinued Items
1. If your pre-ordered item(s) had somehow been discontinued or some unforseen circumstances, we will REFUND the full amount or you can leave it as credit..

You can book whatever items you see in our Kiulap and Mall branch. If you are on budget this section is going to help.
How To Book from us ?
1. If you see something that interested you, please go to our front counter and look for ERMA (Kiulap) and NORA(Mall) and tell them which item(s) you would like to book.
2. Deposits are required for each of the items reserved. Customer must provide their Name and Mobile Number for contacts. Nora and Erma will assist you in how much you should pay for the deposits.
Deposit fees will depend on how much your item(s) costs.
e.g1 - Transformer Alternity A-01 selling price $92.90 will require a deposit of $30.00
e.g2 - HotToys IronMan Mk III selling price $350.00 will require a deposit of $100.00
3. Goods will be reserve for maximum 3 weeks. Within the 3 weeks, customer can come and must pay the remaining balance in full.
4. Customer can choose to pickup their goods in our Kiulap or Mall branches.
Cancellation of Booking Items
1. Once booking item(s) had been booked and customer decided to cancel the items for whatever reasons. It is our company policy that deposit fee or full payment to be forfeited to us. This is shop policy and it is final.
